As an integrative therapist, I believe in providing a personalized approach to therapy that is tailored to the specific needs of each individual client. I am offer telehealth sessions to ensure the best possible support for those who are experiencing child-care limitations, health concerns, issues with travel/distance, and other personal matters.

  • Walk and talk therapy, sometimes referred to as hiking therapy, takes our sessions outside in nature. I create a safe space for the couple to to grow, flourish, and change individually, which includes changing dysfunctional patterns. I support each individuals emotions and experiences of, and in, the relationship. In the end, the couple can learn how to communicate safely and constructively and feel emboldened to talk about deeper truths together.

  • Family therapy is a type of counseling that involves working with all family members to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and address any issues impacting your relationships. I will help you to identify patterns of behavior that may be causing problems and work with you to develop more effective ways of communicating and interacting with each other. The goal is to create a more supportive and healthy family environment, where everyone can thrive.

  • Premarital counseling supports couples to build a healthy and solid foundation. By providing a safe and neutral space for you and your partner to explore your relationship and prepare for marriage. During our sessions, we can discuss important topics such as communication, conflict resolution, intimacy, finances, and family planning. I can also help you to identify any potential challenges or issues that may arise in your marriage and work with you to develop strategies to address them. We can strengthen your relationship through premarital counseling and help you build a strong foundation for a happy and fulfilling marriage.

  • Every couple goes through challenges and a series of ups and downs. While there are a number of causes and stressors to agitate the bond, every marriage conflict is exposed to a plethora of possible resolutions. I offer support and impartiality while helping couples navigate through any diffculties they might be facing together. Therapy sets a platform for healthy communication and focuses on the needs of each individual.

Coaching
