“I worked with Nicolle for a little over 2 years; we began our work pre COVID and met in person and then post COVID transitioned into Telehealth services. The transition was incredibly smooth and easy. One of the most important things to highlight is that she is a clinician who genuinely cares a lot about her clients. When I first came to Nicolle, I was incredibly anxious and just needed someone who would listen, and she provided that. Not only could she hold the space for me to talk a mile a minute, she also incorporated a lot of mindfulness which helped me to slow down. She provided small easy tools I could use every day when my anxiety was acting up. She also gave me a (much needed) ADHD assessment which has only improved my daily functioning after confirming I do have deficits in attention. Whether I was talking about school concerns, family issues, or relationship aspects, Nicolle helped me navigate through them all, and it was a lot! I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Nicolle, she is absolutely one in a million, and I have had bad experiences with therapists in the past before her. To really emphasize the quality of her clinical skills and knowledge, I am a clinical psychologist myself and it’s not an easy task to work with someone in the same field because we think we know it all. My mental health got better after working with Nicolle and I know anyone else who is lucky enough to work with her will see improvements as well. She’s the BEST!!!”

“I think my most immediate problem was overcoming the heartbreak of the dissolution of my last relationship. I was having panic attacks and couldn’t see a way out of the pain I was experiencing.
